Dektite Nu-Lead Roof Flashing
Description
Dektite Nu-Lead Roof Flashings provide a durable, watertight seal around pipe penetrations through tiled roofs. The flexible lead base is designed to mould easily to the profile of roof tiles, creating a secure weatherproof seal while maintaining a neat finish.
The Nu-Lead range features an acrylic-coated lead base that helps reduce lead runoff into gutters, downpipes and rainwater systems while retaining the flexibility needed to dress the flashing to the roof profile.
This range has a Black EPDM pipe collar and is available in three sizes to suit different pipe outside diameters.

Installation
Cut the flashing to suit the outside diameter of the pipe, slide it over the penetration and dress the flexible lead base to the profile of the roof tiles. Secure the base using appropriate roofing fasteners and seal where required in accordance with good roofing practice.
Note: Black EPDM suits standard temperature applications. For flues and other high temperature penetrations, a silicone collar flashing is required.
